How it works

Order on our website, you choose how many kg of laundry you want to wash and when we will pick up and drop off the laundry.

You order on the booking page when we will pick up the laundry and return it. On the page you can also see a live map of where your nearest available cyclist is. This cyclist will be outside your door at the time you have chosen. You can choose to leave the laundry outside your door or give the laundry directly to our cyclist. With your laundry in his box bike, the cyclist pedals on home to our laundry.

At the laundromat, your laundry is handed over to the washerman, who sorts the laundry and checks for larger items.

With our expertise and modern steam irons, all garments that need a little extra care are ironed, especially shirts, which after ironing are hung on hangers with plastic covers for more protection. The remaining clothes are folded neatly and professionally and placed in a bag, ready for delivery.

What's included

All orders are washed separately.
Clothes are washed at between 30-40 degrees.
Light-colored clothes are washed separately from dark laundry.
Delicate clothes are protected in mesh bags.
Hypoallergenic detergents and fabric softeners are used.
All shirts and trousers are ironed. Shirts are delivered on hangers with protection over the clothes.
Other clothes that are more wrinkled will also be ironed, such as sweaters, blouses, and bed linen.
We do not wash leather and other garments that can only be dry cleaned.
If the received order is heavier than what was ordered, an extra charge per kg will be applied.
Laundry bags that smell of feces will not be accepted. Such clothes should be rinsed free of feces and dried.
