They attract dust, dirt, and bacteria like magnets, thanks to their electrostatic charge, making them indispensable for cleaners. But to maintain this magnetism, they must be washed correctly. At Tumbly, we wash them separately so cotton doesn't leave lint on the cloths, avoid fabric softeners that could damage the fibers, and dry them at low heat to preserve elasticity and fiber structure.

For those who want to maintain their style, Tumbly is an excellent solution. Some of our customers gather a pile of shirts that we pick up directly from their door. The next day, all their shirts are washed and ironed, so they don't have to think about ironing for weeks. We don't charge per shirt but by weight – for just a few hundred kronor, all your shirts can hang neatly in your wardrobe, ready to wear.

How it works – simple, smooth, and secure

At Tumbly, we make it easy to get your laundry washed, folded, and delivered – without lifting a finger (except maybe when booking). Here's how it works:

1. Book pickup and delivery

It all starts with you placing an order via our website. You choose the day and time for us to pick up your laundry – and when we'll deliver it back. You'll have your clothes back within 24 hours.

2. Pack and weigh

You can pack as many items as you want in any bag – the weight determines the price, not the number of items.

  • Weigh the laundry yourself at home on a regular scale.
  • When we pick up your bag, we'll also weigh it with a handheld scale.
  • If the weight is higher than specified during booking, an additional charge per kg applies.

3. Wash with care

  • Washing occurs at 30–40 degrees, adjusted based on the garments.
  • We use hypoallergenic detergents and fabric softeners.
  • All clothes are sorted by color to prevent discoloration.
  • Delicate items are protected in mesh bags during washing.

Note: we do not offer dry cleaning, and we don't accept heavily odorous or contaminated clothes. We pre-treat garments with larger stains, though we can't guarantee all stains will be removed.

4. Pricing and RUT deduction

We charge per kilogram of washed laundry. Thanks to the RUT deduction, you receive a 25% discount directly – simply enter your personal ID number during booking, and we send it to the Swedish Tax Agency to verify your eligibility. If the deduction isn't approved, you'll be charged the full amount afterward.
